Joe is originally from Richmond, Indiana where he ran a manufacturing facility. His leadership experience brought him to Aquaknox in 2016 as our Director of Service. Since joining Aquaknox, his department has been recognized by every manufacturer we carry for excellent customer service. Joe is the glue that holds the team together and is often times the one towing broken down boats on Sunday to help a customer out. In his free time, Joe enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Originally from Lafollette, TN, Justin has been a valued member of the Aquaknox team since graduating high school. Starting as a junior technician, his dedication, extensive training, and hands-on experience have helped him grow into a highly skilled and seasoned marine technician. After a brief stint exploring truck driving, he realized his passion for marine service and returned to Aquaknox. When not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his son.

Originally from Springboro, Ohio, Bryan started Aquaknox after years of working at Shanghai Resort Marina. Shanghai Resort had never sold or serviced boats, but the growing opportunity to make a positive impact on the lake presented itself. Bryan has dedicated his life to creating Aquaknox and becoming a positive part of the East Tennessee community.

Trent began with the Courtney family in high school, working five summers on the Shanghai fuel dock. After earning his B.S. in Chemistry from Western Kentucky University, he joined Aquaknox to lead the West Knoxville location. Now our Sales Director, Trent brings over a decade of on-the-water experience.

James was born and raised in Lafollette, TN and has been with Aquaknox since 2016. He is the backbone to the service team and works many hours ensuring the team is setup with the boats they need. His duties extend to managing our 22-ton crane which handles all the lifting done at our Norris Lake Store. In his free time James enjoys dirt biking and spending time with his family.

From Lafollette, TN, Gary has been part of the Aquaknox family since 2018, working with our yard crew to keep boats moving in and out. A proud Marine Corps and Army veteran, he now spends his free time restoring old trucks, hunting, fishing, and tinkering with boats and cars.

Josh is from Knoxville, TN and joined the Aquaknox team in 2021 after working in maintenance for years at a large production facility. After three years of front line training in the marine world, Josh is now MerCruiser and Mercury Outboard certified, and is our primary mobile technician. In his free time, you'll find Josh hanging out with his kids!

Claudia previously worked as a mail carrier living in Sidney, Ohio. She and her husband moved to the lake full time in 2021, which is when she started working for Aquaknox. In her free time Claudia enjoys sewing, board games, and spending time with her family. You might also see Claudia on her paddle board with her husband collecting all the water shots on hole 3 at Deerfield!

Cody was born and raised in Lafollette, TN. He worked on the gas dock at Shanghai in the summers of 2009-2012. Cody began working with Bryan in 2010 operating a rental boat operation and was there for the early days of Aquaknox. After a time away from, he is back! He leads our excellent detailing department. In his free time, Cody enjoys grilling and spending time with his family & friends.

Dalton was born and raised in Lafollete, TN and went to college at ETSU. He joined our Norris Lake team in summer of 2023. In his free time, Dalton enjoys golf, tennis, and snowboarding.

Grahm started with Aquaknox in 2020 during his college summer breaks as a seasonal sales assistant. In spring of 2023 he graduated with a degree in Aerospace Administration and Operations from Oklahoma State, where he was also on the wakeboard team. As a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor, his passion for flying has led him to work full time in aircraft sales out of Charleston, SC. Fortunately, Aquaknox still has Grahm's help as needed in sales. In his free time you can find Grahm up in the sky, out on the water, or somewhere on a golf course.

Logan started with Aquaknox in 2023 after serving in the US Army for six years as a Sergeant where he completed two deployments. He enjoys working on anything that has an engine. He has a 1970 Mustang named Emma that he plans to use for autocross racing.

From Luttrell, TN, Leo joined Aquaknox in summer 2024 and quickly dove into learning all things boats. Off the clock, you'll find him fishing, at car shows, drag racing, or spending time with his wife. And when he's not working on boats, he's in the garage making sure his sports car stays in one piece.

Originally from Indiana, Cameron moved to Tennessee in 2016. He's spent the past six years working around the lake, starting in the kitchen and on the gas dock at Shanghai before joining the Aquaknox team in 2023. As a key member of our yard crew, he is responsible for safely moving, maintaining, and staging boats while keeping our facility running smoothly and supporting daily operations for both staff and customers. When he's not working, you'll find Cameron immersed in a good fiction book or reminiscing about his semester abroad in London.

Originally from Northern California, Paul has called East TN home for over 10 years. A proud US Marine veteran who served our country for 22 years, Paul joined our Aquaknox team early summer 2025. As a crucial part of our yard crew, Paul helps with launching and retrieving boats, supporting our service team, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. When he's not at Aquaknox, he enjoys training horses.

A Lake City, Tennessee native, Drew joined our Aquaknox team in spring 2025 as our Service Writer after leading operations at a hunting consulting company. Growing up boating on Norris, he knows the lake lifestyle inside and out. When he’s not helping our service team, you’ll find him outdoors hunting, fishing, or enjoying time with his wife and kids.

Originally from Upstate New York, Ryan is a former baseball player and coach who spent a few years playing and coaching pro ball overseas. Before joining our crew, he worked in government boat sales in San Diego, CA. Off the clock, he’s all about family time with his wife and kids, hitting the golf course, and traveling to new places.

Tate tried retirement… it didn’t stick. A Navy Corpsman and retired firefighter of 25 years, he’s just built to be hands-on, helpful, and in the mix. Originally from Middletown, Ohio, he started coming to Norris Lake in 2015 and never looked back. Now, he’s part of the Aquaknox sales crew—here to talk boats, swap lake stories, and help people get on the water with confidence.

Alexis is from Frakes, Kentucky and spent over two years at Belk as an online order and fulfillment lead before joining the Aquaknox team. Outside of work, she loves to bake, hike, and read—and is always up for a good rollercoaster. She shares life with a mastiff named Winnie and three cats. Alexis recently got engaged and is enjoying the excitement of planning what’s next, both on and off the lake.

Originally from Illinois, LB has called Knoxville home since 1987—and Fox Road has been part of her story for 35 years. Before joining Aquaknox, she did a little bit of everything at the marina: billing, grilling, and whatever else needed doing. Now she’s our Parts & Warranty Coordinator, bringing decades of experience and rock-solid reliability to the team. When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her quilting, sewing, crocheting, or working on her next craft project.

Originally from Northern California near Lake Tahoe, Brett made Knoxville home in 2020 when he joined Fox Road Marina as a technician. A graduate of the Mercury Mechanic Institute—and the top tech in his class—he brings exceptional skill and attention to detail to every job. Outside the shop, Brett and his wife enjoy gardening and spending time with their dogs.

Lee is a Loudon, Tennessee local with 15 years of experience at Malibu Boats headquarters, where he worked in a little bit of everything—tech, warranty, gel repair, and eventually team lead. That depth of factory-level knowledge makes him an incredible asset to our service team. When he’s not at the shop, he’s spending time with his two teenage kids or out racing cars.

Reese is from Three Rivers, Michigan and came to UT for business school and the big football school experience. She will graduate in Spring 2026 with a Bachelor’s in Finance and will serve full time in Finance & Insurance at Aquaknox Marine. Growing up around the boat industry sparked her long-standing interest in the marine world. She enjoys time on the lake, golf, snowboarding, and being with family and friends.

Brandon is a Loudon, Tennessee native and proud Army veteran who served with the 10th Mountain Division, completing deployments to Afghanistan in 2010 and 2011. A longtime hands-on problem solver, he previously worked in body repair at Malibu Boats and brings that same attention to detail and work ethic to everything he does. When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him tinkering with Chevy trucks, working on motorcycles, or just “piddling” around the garage.
